By using the MentiorMynd® app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with our EULA.
3. Intellectual Property
All content in the app, including audio, visuals, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Dr. Thomas Steinert. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the app or engage in unauthorized distribution, reverse engineering, or content scraping. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Purchases & Subscriptions
All purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store. MentiorMynd® does not store payment data. Refunds are subject to the store’s policies.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Your data is used and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance Statement.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided “as is.” Dr. Thomas Steinert makes no guarantees regarding functionality, availability, or results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Thomas Steinert disclaims liability for any damages, including data loss or missed outcomes, arising from the app’s use.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Hannover, Germany.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
